"It's not who you are that holds you back, it's who you think you're not."
—Basquiat
Show yourself to the muse: If you want a muse to come to you, first show yourself to her regularly. First start, make up your work routine, work only with enthusiasm and also look for discomfort and restlessness.
Be
interestinginterested: Do you want to be interesting? Fine. So, first, be interested and take care. Change your mind, if you need or have to and also don’t forget to be interested, who is around you.See the story: Look at the world around you and look for hidden stories, there are really a lot of them out there.
Write (by a hand): Keep your notebooks, make your own series, experiment writing in a different language or simply try “automatic writing”.
Hire a kid: Spend time with the child and watch him at work, you can learn a lot from it. Rediscover what you once knew and perhaps forgot.
Unplug yourself: Go for a walk, get bored, find the right limit in everything and don't forget to create your sacred space of peace that will always save you.
Meditate on your work: Find your specialness, discover the power of true dialogue (which is endless) and get rid of spasms. You will always find something interesting that will push you forward.
Open the door into your dark side: Ask questions, clean up, find new ways, learn, read and dream on! In short, don't forget to keep walking, even (and especially) during a crisis, which is never forever.
